The private community ferry ride will take you from Placida Harbour to your beautiful condo in approximately 10 minutes, where you have access to the private dock on the island. You can always bring your own boat or opt to lease a boat dock annually on the protected mainland Harbour to keep your boat there when you need it. Owners are permitted to rent their units for a minimum of 4 nights. This condo is turn-key; all the furnishings, ceiling fans, TV’s, are included, as is the king mattress in the Master bedroom.
